The location was favourable, relatively close to a Republic square. Moreover, it's next to famous sights, Republic Square and Freedom Square, and restaurant areas. The staff was welcoming, the room was recently renovated and spotless with a great view of mt ararat.

Clean hotel in a nice building close enough to Republic Square and park and surrounding attractions and Yerevan. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television. Savoury breakfast with Armenian specialties and great and peaceful location.
